Cancellations:  Cancellation is possible until 6 pm 2 days prior to the check-in date without penalty.
A cancellation after that time or a no-show, will incur a penalty of 1 night's stay.

Check-out Time:  You may check out at any time before 12:00. 

Reception Times:  Reception is open 24 hours per day. 

Baggage Deposit:  Free baggage deposit in case of early check-in or late check-out.

There are regular local bus services throughout the day to and from the hotel to the city centre of Benidorm and main beaches. The hotel is approx. 1.5 km. to the beautiful and sandy Levante Beach and to 1.7 km. to Plaza Triangular and the Old Town area.

How to get to Benidorm:
BY CAR:
The AP-7 motorway goes across the region of Valencia and connects with the European network. Take exit 65 to Benidorm Levante - Callosa d’Ensarriá, for rest of hotels within the group. After toll pay, go straight and down to avenue "Avenida Europa" to the very end. Turn left at roundabout, taking avenue "Avenida Mediterráneo". When you reach the end, turn left on avenue "Avenida Ametlla de Mar", which leads you on to avenue "Avenida Severo Ochoa", where a few metres ahead, you will find the hotel on your right.
It is also possible to reach Benidorm via the N-332.

BY TRAIN:

You can also reach Benidorm by bus (ALSA-ENATCAR) or taxi.
From Alicante, it is also possible to take a local train service (FEVE).

BY PLANE:
The nearest airport is "El Altet" in Alicante (ALC), 55 km from Benidorm. However, there are other connecting airports with numerous flights, which are not far from Benidorm, i.e. "Manises" airport in Valencia (VLC) and "San Javier" in Murcia (MJV). From any of these airports you have the chance to either hire a car or travel by taxi. There are also other lower cost alternatives to reach Benidorm: specialized companies on airport transfers. Transfer companies to Benidorm also service Murcia airport.
